Care Plan includes

Care Plan rules

  • Unused update time does not roll over.
  • The plan does not include redesigns, new features, emergency support, or unlimited changes.
  • Clients should own their domains. White Poppy may configure and manage them with permission.
Limited founding-client program

White Poppy Founding Client Program

The first two accepted founding projects may receive 50% off project labor. A third project may receive up to 25% off at White Poppy’s discretion.

  • The public offer is up to 50% off project labor for a limited number of founding clients.
  • Infrastructure, domains, paid services, and third-party expenses are never discounted.
  • The discount applies only to the approved original scope. Additional work is quoted separately at current pricing.
  • White Poppy may decline work that is unsafe, unclear, outside current capability, or a poor fit.
  • Founding clients agree that White Poppy may display finished public work and describe the business problem and solution in a case study. White Poppy may request honest feedback after completion; a positive testimonial is never required for the discount.

  • White Poppy recommends the smallest solution that addresses the actual problem rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
  • A written scope and final quote are required before work begins.

Common exclusions and scope rules

  • Every project has a written scope with deliverables, client-provided content and access, exclusions, revision limits, payment schedule, hosting and ownership terms, maintenance terms, and launch criteria.
  • Two revision rounds means two organized batches of feedback, not unlimited individual requests.
  • Features outside an approved scope are quoted separately at current pricing.
